How Your Order Moves
After checkout, your order goes through a few standard steps before delivery. Tracking information may not update immediately, especially before the first carrier scan.
Order Confirmed
Your order is received and a confirmation email is sent to the contact details provided at checkout.
Processing
Your order details are reviewed and the item is prepared for shipment.
Label Created
A shipping label is generated. Tracking may appear before the carrier has physically scanned the package.
In Transit
The carrier has received the package and is moving it through the delivery network.
Delivered
The carrier marks the package as delivered. Check your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, or household members.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent after checkout. It usually starts with a number sign, such as #1234.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking may not update until the carrier scans the package. It can also pause temporarily while the package moves between carrier facilities.
My order says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
Check your mailbox, front door, building office, delivery area, neighbors, and household members. If you still cannot locate it, contact support.
Can I change my shipping address?
