Refund policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for equipment, parts, and accessories.

1) Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice.

2) Return condition requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition

  • Returned with original packaging, manuals, and included accessories

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

3) Items generally not eligible for return

Unless defective on arrival or required by law:

  • Custom-configured or made-to-order equipment

  • Installed electrical/mechanical components

  • Consumables and sterile items once opened (if applicable)

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Gift cards and digital items

  • Items returned with missing parts, damage, or signs of use

4) Freight and oversized return notes

Large systems may require freight return shipping and crating. If the return is not due to our error or a verified defect, freight and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5) How to start a return

Email support@pccistore.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if damaged or incorrect

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA reference if required.
Do not ship returns without authorization—unidentified returns may be refused or delayed.

6) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / wrong item ordered: customer pays return shipping

  • Our error / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification

7) Inspection & refund timing

After receipt, inspection typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–7 business days to post after processing.

8) Order cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If the order has shipped, the return process applies (if eligible).

9) Delivery issues

Report missing/damaged/incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). For freight shipments, report visible damage within 48 hours when possible and include photos and delivery receipt notes.
