These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PCCI website and services (“Services”). By using the Services or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for securing your login credentials.

3) Product information & intended use

We strive to provide accurate specifications. Hyperbaric and specialized equipment must be used only as intended and in accordance with:

  • Manufacturer instructions

  • Facility policies and required training

  • Applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards

You are responsible for ensuring suitability for your intended application.

4) Quotes, orders, and payment authorization

Submitting an order authorizes us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for totals, taxes, shipping, and any freight/service charges. Quotes may expire and availability can change.

We may cancel/limit orders due to inventory constraints, export restrictions, suspected fraud/abuse, policy violations, or obvious listing errors. If canceled, we will refund promptly.

5) Installation, maintenance, and safety

Equipment installation and maintenance should be performed by qualified personnel. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or compliance issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety procedures.

6) Shipping; title and risk of loss

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. To the extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss generally transfer when the carrier accepts the shipment.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy below.

8) User submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, or technical feedback, you grant PCCI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with our Services. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material.

9) Intellectual property

All site content (excluding user submissions) is owned by PCCI HYPERBARIC SYSTEMS, INC. or its licensors and is protected by IP laws.

10) Disclaimers

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where prohibited by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCCI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Virginia unless otherwise required by law.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates become effective indicates acceptance.
